Wild symbols can appear on any grid position on either of the two sets of reels. Any wild symbols that land on the top grid will transfer to a mirrored position on the bottom grid and vice versa. Unused wilds will stay in position between cascades, whilst any wilds involved in a winning combination will be removed from the screen. 

At the start of any main game spin, the multiplier value displayed at the bottom of the screen will be set to x1. After each winning cascade during that spin, the multiplier value will increase in increments of +1. All wins will be multiplied by the value of the multiplier at the point they occurred. 

Three or more bonus scatter symbols landing on the grid during any one spin will trigger the bonus feature, awarding three starting spins.

During this bonus, only prize value, Shuriken, and Kunai symbols will appear on the reels. At the start of the feature, all bonus scatter symbols will transform into a stake multiplier value of either 1x, 2x, or 3x. The spins will then commence, and you’ll hope to land more of the above symbols, which will reset the spin count back to three.

If any prize value symbols are in mirrored positions on the top and bottom grid, they will transform into increasing prize multiplier symbols, and a value of +1 will be added to them on every subsequent spin. Landing a Shuriken symbol will absorb all current prize value amounts on the reels into that symbol but will not remove the symbols that have been absorbed or their current values. The Kunai symbols will add a value of +1 to each prize value present on the screen and then transform it into a 1x prize value.

If there are three consecutive spins where no further symbols land, the bonus feature will end, collecting and paying any prize values displayed on the screen.   

The base gameplay on Ninja Raccoon Frenzy is brilliant, with two separate grids to keep an eye on and yet another different variation of wild symbol usage from this provider in the duplicating wilds. These symbols are certainly not shy about coming out to play, and you’ll regularly see several of them peppering the screen and duplicating across the two grids.

This feature, combined with the increasing multiplier, makes the base game a joy to play, and there are plenty of big wins to be had. It's not a bad main feature either when finally triggered, but I feel that they missed a trick here as a free spin round perhaps featuring a sticky multiplier, building on the greatness of the base game, would have been the way to go, in my opinion.
